HOW TO ORDER
Telephone is the quickest method, as we can confirm and process your order immediately.
You may also order by Post, Fax or Email.
Please supply your Name, Address, Payment and Product details.
HOW TO PAY
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Switch
You may provide your card information by telephone, fax, or post. We do not recommend sending your payment details via email.
We require:
Cardholder Number
Card Expiry Date
Issue number (SWITCH only)
Cardholder Name and Initials (as shown on the card)
Cardholder Address (if different from the one given above)
Card Security Number - the 3-digit number on the signature strip
We do not debit your card account until goods are ready for despatch.
Cheques drawn on a UK bank and Postal Orders
Please make Cheques or Postal Orders, payable to FOXGLOVES.
If paying by cheque, please allow five working days from receipt for clearance before your order is despatched.
DESPATCH / DELIVERY
All goods (stock permitting) will be despatched within two working days from confirmation of order.
All online orders will be confirmed to you by e-mail within 36 hours.
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will confirm our best despatch date to you. You have the choice to cancel the order if this date is not acceptable.
Our standard packing and delivery charge is £ 3.95 per order (UK addresses only) for orders weighing up to 1 kg and is usually delivered next working day (UK Mainland and NI only).
We may need to send your order by an alternative carrier due to size, weight, delivery address or because of the value of the items. This will attract an additional deliver rate which will be advised at the time of purchase. In this case your order should be with you in 3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days for the goods to arrive before contacting us.
Free delivery is offered for orders of value over £ 100.00 (including VAT)
As a signature is always required upon delivery, please ensure someone will be at home to receive the goods.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
We do not debit your card account until goods are ready for despatch.
We use your personal details only to expedite your order and do not release or sell-on any information to other organisations. Your card details are used only for the authorised transaction and are not retained.
We do not conduct telesales or mailing campaigns to our customers unless you have agreed to be kept up to date with our News Sheet.
Your personal details will always be used securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA)
RETURNS
If the goods are damaged or faulty, contact us by telephone or email within 3 days of receipt giving the nature of the damage. The goods must be returned in their original packing to the address below for a full refund (including carriage) or replacement if you prefer.
If you are unhappy with the goods for any other reason you may return them (unused and returned in their original packing) to the address below for an exchange or refund. You must do this within 7 days of receiving the goods and in this case we must ask you to pay the cost of return.
When returning goods you should obtain proof of posting.
Return details (and purchase receipt) are provided with the goods.

As a small retail company we feel we can offer a high level of service.
If, due to factors outside of our control, there is a problem in completing your order we will inform you.
Things can go wrong, so equally if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve your problem and will make every effort to reply within 36 hours.

The goods offered for sale on this website are only a small selection of our normal in-stock items. We would be pleased to assist in providing details and prices of other items advertised or alternative products we have available.
